I am currently working as a research and teaching fellow in the Music and Media Technology Programme at Trinity College Dublin.

My PhD thesis (2010), supervised by Donnacha Dennehy and Dr, Dermot Furlong, examined the composition and performance of spatial music, particularly in terms of the less than ideal conditions ofen encountered during live performances.

Research interests include;

The Augmented Electric Guitar Spatial Audio Players
SpaceMap-Unmasking s
SpaceMaps Spatial Audio Synthesis
Spatial Hearing Flocking Algorithms
The Composition & Performance of Spatial Music Speech Synthesis & Spoken Mathematics
Spatial Music, VR & 360 Video Acoustic & Electroacoustic Composition
